Privacy Policy

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out the lead capture form or the booking wizard on this site, including: your name, email address, phone number, property address, company name (if provided), the service package you’re interested in, property details (square footage or acreage), preferred flight date, requested add-on assets, and any notes or access instructions you include.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts on this site. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy to reflect it before doing so.

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and confirm flight availability;
• Plan and schedule the requested aerial or Giraffe360 capture;
• Communicate with you about your booking, including rescheduling due to weather or airspace restrictions;
• Deliver the photos, video, floor plans, or reports you requested; and
• Maintain basic business records of past and upcoming jobs.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

When you submit the lead form or booking wizard, the details you enter are sent directly to our business email inbox (altus.aerial.bookings@gmail.com) via Google’s Gmail service. We do not currently store submissions in a separate database or third-party CRM. Your information is retained in that email inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your project and maintain business records, consistent with normal recordkeeping practices.

Because email is used as our primary intake system, standard Google account security protections (and your own account security practices, if you ever correspond with us by email) apply to how that information is protected in transit and at rest.

Separately from the contact information above, the photos, video, floor plans, and 3D tours we capture during a flight or Giraffe360 session are governed by the terms agreed to at booking (see our Terms of Service), not by this Privacy Policy. Captured media may depict the exterior and, where authorized, interior of the property, and may incidentally include neighboring properties, vehicles, or people visible from the air or within the property at the time of capture.

This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Our hosting infrastructure may use minimal functional cookies or similar technologies necessary for the site to load and operate correctly. We do not use these to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve submitted to us at any time by emailing altus.aerial.bookings@gmail.com or calling +1 (509) 491-0362. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe. Deleting your information may limit our ability to complete an in-progress booking or provide previously requested deliverables.

This site and our services are directed at property owners, real estate professionals, insurance adjusters, and businesses — not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices or the services we offer evolve. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
